DaBaby’s first ever appearance in Toronto was one of the most anticipated concerts of 2019. The Billboard chart topping rapper DaBaby is best known for his smash hits “BOP”, “21”, “Suge” and “Vibez” among many others.

The Charlotte, NC native and his protege $tunna 4 Vegas held a concert at Rebel Nightclub which over looks the skyline of downtown Toronto.

Near the end of their performance, special guest Drake walked on stage to perform a few of his songs much to the delight of the sold out crowd.

Drake was on stage wearing a blue sweat suit and baseball cap that read the words “Sierra Canyon” across his chest. He later posted a picture on his Instagram showing the Sierra Canyon logo.

Sierra Canyon is a private high school in Los Angeles that has a basketball team that features some of the most famous children in all of basketball.

LeBron James son Bronny is a grade nine student at Sierra Canyon and one of the most sought after recruits in the United States. Fellow NBA legend Dwyane Wade’s son Ziare is also a teammate of Bronny at Sierra Canyon.

Earlier this year, ESPN announced it would televise 15 of Sierra Canyon’s games this season which is a rarity for a high school program.

I was at the concert in Toronto when Drake came on stage with DaBaby to sing his hit “Money in the Grave” while wearing the Sierra Canyon gear. Here is some footage of the performance.
