Recruit with the best name ever signs with Fairfield

Supreme Cook commits to Fairfield for the Class of 2020.

Unfortunately, Fairfield University didn’t crack the Top 100 rankings on any of the major recruiting sites for the Class of 2020.

However, they have reached the top of another much more important list by signing the recruit with the best name ever.

Supreme Cook just announced his commitment to play at Fairfield for the start of the 2020-21 season under head coach Jay Young.

Cook is a 6-foot-9 forward who is rated as a two-star recruit out of East Orange, NJ where he played his high school ball for St. Benedict’s Prep and AAU with the NJ Roadrunners.

The name Supreme Cook is a play-by-play announcers dream.

Hopefully Cook can help improve a Fairfield Stags squad that was 12-20 this past season and hasn’t made it to the NCAA Tournament since 1997.

Cook should have the best name in college basketball for the next two years but he will be challenged by LSU football commit Decoldest Crawford for the best name in college sports come 2022.
