The Missouri Valley Conference Arch Madness bracket is set with Northern Iowa as the No.1 seed.
Northern Iowa (18-10, 14-4 MVC) highlights the Arch Madness tournament March 3-6 in St. Louis, MO as the No.1 seed after winning their fourth title in program history.
There was a three-way tie for second place with Drake, Loyola and Missouri State each having 13-5 league records. Missouri State will be the No.2 seed after recording a 3-1 record against the other two teams (2-0 vs. Drake and 1-1 against Loyola).
This year’s MVC tournament is their 46th post-season tourney and 32nd-straight in St. Louis. Only the Big East Conference (43-straight years in New York), has had a longer continuous run at the same neutral site for its conference men’s basketball championship. This will also be Loyola-Chicago’s final season in the MVC as they will move to the A-10 next year.
Here is the complete Arch Madness bracket for the 2021-22:

Predictions for the winner:
Drake (22-9, 13-5 MVC) – They’ve dealt with some injury issues all season but this is the moment this team was built for. Head coach Darian DeVries son Tucker leads the Bulldogs in scoring as a true freshman with 13.6 PPG. Expect big things from their experienced guys Roman Penn, Tank Hemphill and Tremell Murphy.
Long shot: Bradley (17-13, 11-7 MVC) – They played some excellent ball near end of the season beating Drake twice and Loyola-Chicago and so Brian Wardle’s squad is certainly capable of winning the MVC.
