Here are four predictions for lower seed upsets in the 2022 NCAA Tournament.

No.13 Chattanooga over No.4 Illinois.

The 27-7 Mocs got to the tournament with an improbable buzzer beater by David Jean-Baptiste to win the Socon. The Mocs could be this years team of destiny.

No.13 South Dakota State over No.4 Providence.

The Jackrabbits enter March Madness winning 21 games in a row. They are the No.1 three-point shooting team in college basketball and have the talent to make a Sweet 16 run.

No.10 Loyola-Chicago over No.7 Ohio State.

Ohio State backs into the tournament at 5-5 over their past 10. The Ramblers return 95 percent of their roster from last years Sweet 16 team and are also the No.9 three-point shooting team in the country.

No.12 Wyoming over No.12 Indiana and No.5 Saint Mary’s.

The Cowboys have been one of the most underrated teams all season. Graham Ike (19.6 PPG) and PG Hunter Maldonado are elite players who should have no problem with the Hoosiers and then will go on to upset No.5 Saint Marys.
